CIC nanoGUNE 2026 call for  MASTER SCHOLARSHIPS 

CIC nanoGUNE, the Basque Research Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology located in Donostia - San Sebastian (Basque Country, Spain), launches the 2025 Master Scholarships Call to provide master students in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Materials Science, and Nanoscience the opportunity to do their Master Thesis in the areas of Quantum Nanoscience, Nanomaterials and Nanomedicine. 

We offer up to 4 scholarships to master students for the master thesis to be done at nanoGUNE.

The scholarship will be of a total amount of 750 EUR per month for up to 5 months. To guarantee the development of the research project in the best possible way, nanoGUNE will offer rigorous scientific training, a close supervision, regular scientific seminars and colloquia, as well as access to suitable laboratory facilities

We are looking for highly motivated graduates who are planning to complete their studies with a master degree and are furthermore interested in pursuing a doctoral degree at our institution.
