Quality Assurance System

The Faculty of Sciences has developed a Quality Assurance System (QAS) with the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the degrees taught in this center.

The QAS was prepared in accordance with the guidelines established in the FIDES-AUDIT Program and was evaluated and certified positively by the Galician University System Quality Agency ACSUG):

•      ACSUG Certificate No. 06/09 (issued: 27/07/2009): certification that the design of the Internal Quality Assurance System applicable to all official degrees offered at the Faculty of Sciences of UDC was evaluated and received a positive report, in accordance with the guidelines established in the current documentation of the FIDES-AUDIT Program for the design and development of Internal Quality Assurance Systems in university education.
•      ACSUG Certificate No. 03/15 (issued: 23/07/2015, valid until: 23/07/2021): certification that the Quality Assurance System of the Faculty of Sciences of UDC is implemented in accordance with the guidelines established in the FIDES-AUDIT Program.
•      ACSUG Certificate No. 08/22 (issued: 14/06/2022, valid until 14/06/2027)  re-certification that the Quality Assurance System of the Faculty of Sciences of UDC is implemented in accordance with the guidelines established in the FIDES-AUDIT Program.
